Who are we looking for?
Past hands-on experience in an industry with repeat sales, such as FMCG/telecom/e-commerce is a must. Previous assignments should have included sales planning, driving sales ground up. Relentless focus on execution, the ability to prioritize to utmost detail while being extremely data-driven set you apart from your peers. Demonstrated excellence in driving multi-layered teams while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and partners is expected. Through your results-driven focus, you have experience developing and executing highly impactful sales strategies; you are adept at fostering collaboration and teamwork while driving growth. Your success would be measured directly in terms of the lives we change, in line with Ninjacart’s mission statement.
