As the Group Product Manager for Retailer Ecosystem within Ninjacart, you will drive

products, strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will own the ‘Retailer’ Product POD and

you will be a member of the core product management leadership community within the

Ninjacart organization.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by

connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into

steps that drive product development.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Ninjacart product leader, building, managing and executing a unified product vision, strategy and roadmap, in strong partnership with the Engineering, UX and Business team, as well as other cross functional stakeholders.
• Lead a team of product managers, through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product or business metrics.
• Lead Ideation, create product requirements, co-lead product design and development and own product roadmaps.
• Drive brutal prioritization and crisp execution of roadmap to productive Outcomes.
• Champion Customer obsession and develop understanding of markets, users through regular market visits
• Employ analytics and data science to understand and continuously improve product metrics and performance.
• Represent Ninjacart at executive level discussions, external organizations, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Fintech or Consumer facing products.
• You thrive in fast paced, action oriented start-up environment
• You love solutioning and executing, past ambiguity and uncertainty, through 0 to 1 or 10X journey.
