Location:  Delhi NCR


Responsibilities:


- Focus on sales of A2 specific specialized products in the B2B segment.

- Identify account-specific key products and programs to promote the same.

- Drive the availability, visibility of products and implementation of promotional programs.

- Sales forecasting and tracking key metrics.

- Manage the collection tightly and ensure that the outstanding is under control.

- Define, communicate and implement sales strategies.

- Ensure complete coverage of existing customers and better customer service.

- Develop the territory and improve market share.

- BSC agricultural (additional qualification MBA or PGDM agricultural shall be preferred)

- Need to have an entrepreneurial mind set - Ability to navigate in an unstructured environment with limited supervision.

- Strong communication and people management skills.

- Readiness to understand products/business, culture of the organization and develop plans accordingly.

- Mandatory- Bike and smartphone
