Location: Bangalore And Chennai
Responsibilities
* Engaging customers within supermarkets to promote our FMCG brands and products
* Actively encouraging sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques
* Ensuring proper placement and visibility of our products within the supermarket
* Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with store managers for replenishment
* Addressing any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Gathering feedback from customers and store staff regarding product preferences and competitor activities
* Reporting market trends and insights to the sales manager for strategic planning purposes

* Experience in in-store sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Must be fluent in English and Kannada.
