We move 150 Tonnes of vegetables from farm to 2500+ retailers on daily basis within 12 hours in Bangalore and Chennai. We are a 700 people company, working with 3500+ farmers, aiming to grow to 1000 tonnes of daily volumes in the next 18 months.

Business Excellence @ Ninjacart
Business Excellence team at Ninjacart is tasked with solving problem - both current and future one. Team is tasked with designing long term solutions, implementing it and build mechanisms for sustainable solution - by bringing multiple teams together.
As a Business Excellence Manager - you will work on various problem statements that affect our growth, customer service levels, scale, efficiency and cost across multiple functions. You will bring the best of leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills to solve problems big and small that shapes our supply chain and Business.
At Ninjacart, you will work on specific projects with opportunity to move across teams and projects as we grow and evolve. You will be responsible for leading these projects and owning their outcomes from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include Designing, Executing, Training, Performance Tracking, Making Improvements among other things.
Ideate and explore strategic opportunities for improvement across business functions like sales, procurement, supply chain and finance
Develop concrete roadmaps towards achieving these objectives and drive the project end to end by coordinating with various stakeholders
Understanding initiatives & deliverable:
Work with business heads and understand the key initiatives.
Understand the potential outcomes the department is trying to achieve through these initiatives.
Define deliverables and get different stakeholders on-board.
Ideate and come up with different possible solutions and propose the most optimal one.
Divide the solution proposed into multiple projects.
Prioritise projects on the basis of impact and effort required. Break down the projects further into actionable steps.
Present the plan to the senior management to get them on-board.
Build required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
Productize and automate as much as possible.
Define and set up KPIs and success metrics to monitor the health of the project. Prepare implementation guidelines and SOPs.
Identify resources to work on the project. Hire, if required. Ensure training of personnel involved and identify specific/periodic training programs.
Set up monitoring protocol. Monitor KPIs and success metrics.
Identify issues, modify the plan and processes related to it which may lead to better outcome.
Once the processes are stable, handover to respective department head.
Tier-I MBA colleges (IIMs and Top 10 colleges)
Strong UG pedigree
1+ years of experience; preferred Industry: E-commerce / Supply chain / Startups / Operations / FMCG
Should be flexible with work timings and stretching
Should be comfortable with travelling and relocation
