Whom we are looking for?
We are looking for highly driven and ambitious people with the drive to lead multi-layered teams and who place an inordinate amount of importance on learning and improvising. With a relentless focus on execution, you need to be highly data-driven and have a higher-than-normal sense of ownership. Prior experience in sales/procurement/category would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
An MBA/PGDM degree (any major) from a Tier I - Tier II college• 1-3 years of work experience post MBA/PGDM• Demonstrated excellence in academics/extra-curricular/sports/leadership

Join our team
- Category - Owning market intelligence, price and quality bench-marking across various markets, margins, predictions, SKU’s growth and quality. Vendor management, collaboration with supply chain planning.
- Procurement - You shall be an evangelist of the Ninjacart value proposition for farmers. Build sourcing networks, own up fulfillment and pipelines. Drive productivity while improving farmer relations.
- Sales - Drive growth strategy for multiple customer segments. Design, improvise and drive the sales function by building and managing a high-performance sales team. Improve sales productivity; and own the top line through order counts, ticket sizes, retention and other metrics.
