Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, maintain and deliver employee training and development systems consistent with organizational priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to assure training content supports long term organizational objectives
  • Planning and designing L&D interventions for specific business and behavioral outcomes. Candidate engagement, role induction. Embracing different styles of training techniques, to meet the needs of various business units
  • Working with L&D leaders and other stakeholders to strategise, execute and deliver the right training for the right candidates
  • Build assessments, competency mapping and effectiveness measurement of training
  • Run detailed Training Need Analysis and be hands-on with training delivery


Requirements

  • MBA with 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development (can be across multiple levels)
  • Proven track record of having done TNAs and built and delivered successful programs for large and small teams - A start up experience will be an added advantage
  • Has good business acumen, relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Should be able to be a motivator. Having a sales training background with field sales experience is also a plus
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and to provide solutions on the basis of fast changing business needs
  • Contribute and build a continuous learning culture by working with HRBPs and Business Leadership for attracting, retaining and building high performing talents
  • Ability to work individually
  • Good skills on analyzing performance data and drawing inferences for training needs
