Location: Bangalore


Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who has a keen inclination to analyze, evaluate, assess and provide market and competitive intelligence to Product Managers, Revenue teams and the Leadership at Ninjacart. You will maintain and manage contact with internal and external intelligence providers, hence developing a central view and knowledge-sharing process for insights into the identified market and the competitors.


  • Conducting an effective market and industry analysis to identify companies in the agritech and related industries
  • Researching the internet and extract company & market-related information
  • Building a centralized market intelligence hub including a repository of materials and information
  • Providing competitive analysis of various companies’ market offerings,identifying market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation
  • Constant communication with the team and cross-functional teams
  • Providing quarterly internal updates on main competitor activities
  • Establishing contact and cooperation with consultants that could provide competitive intelligence
  • Assessing the current database of MI/CI as well as intelligence gathering processes to streamline wherever and whenever required
  • Undertaking business to business research, analyzing industry trends and data, and generating reports, briefings, presentations and other content
  • Take up additional projects based on capability

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in business strategy, intelligence, product marketing, strategic planning, customer insights, or similar job function in the B2B/B2C/Agritech companies
  • Innovative thinker with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Strong experience in identifying, understanding, and leveraging 3rd party data to drive business insights
  • Ability to understand and analyze competitive and customer intelligence and insights in the Agritech space
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to influence and enable the organization and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter that is action and results-oriented. Able to prioritize, focus, and execute through obstacles
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners to gather information and build consensus on strategic competitive positioning to drive results
