Responsibilities 

● Scouting market for establishing vendor/ farmer base

● Establishing contacts with market & driving intelligence for procurement

● Developing contacts with local Wholesale/ market influencers

● Charting independent demand channel & there by onboarding customers

● Documenting and maintaining process flow for scaling in the near terms

Requirements

●    5+ years of strong sales/procurement experience from FMCG / Telecom Industry / Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / Agriculture and allied industries 

●    Solid understanding of sales/procurement/trading fundamentals 

●    Must have managed at least 4-5 direct reportees and large layered teams, especially field sales team 

●    Proven people manager and team builder with references 

●    Good communication & presentations skills, ability to motivate the team to achieve targets, fostering a high level of team growth and contribution
