Ninjacart is India's Largest Agri marketing platform, solving one of the toughest supply chain problems through technology. We connect vegetables and fruits farmers directly with businesses. At one end, we help farmers get better prices and deal with consistent demand and on another end, we help retailers to source fresh vegetables at competitive prices directly from farmers. We do this effectively at lower cost, better speed and larger scale using integrated supply chain powered by technology, data science, infrastructure, and logistics network.
We move 300 Tonnes of vegetables from farm to 4000+ retailers on daily basis within 12 hours in Bangalore, Mysore, Chennai & Hyderabad. We are 1000 people company. We work with 3000+ farmers. We aim to grow to 750 tonnes of daily volume by the end of March.

Ninjacart aims at building the next generation supply chain that can change the way vegetables and fruits reach our plate and improve the lives of India's 58% workforce i.e. farmers. 

Responsibilities 

As a Sr. Manager/Manager - Sales COE (Centre of Excellence), you will be responsible for driving data-driven sales projects end to end. 

  • This would include projects like

  • Process Quality, Loyalty programs, Business analytics, competition tracking, Business communication, Sales Development, MIS & Strategies.

  • City Expansion, Area Expansion,Channel distribution objectives - Channel Management, Channel partner management, Channel development initiatives and New channel development.

  • New vertical expansion opportunities

  • Execution & Delivery of Projects related to Sales Distribution across the Cities / Zones

  • Review and analyze sales data to unearth areas needing improvement

  • Report sales plans and results to the Sales Leadership team

  • Liaise all Sales data related work with internal support functions like Finance, HR, etc.

  • Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives pertaining to Sales 

Required Skill-sets / Education

  • Tier-I MBA colleges (IIMs and Top 10 MBA colleges)

  • 2+ years of experience; preferred Industry: E-commerce / FMCG / FMCD / Startups 

  • 1+ years of experience in project management in a sales environment

  • Experience with Sales, Sales Systems, Sales Reporting, Sales Analysis and CRM

  • Proficiency in MS Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (advanced/expert level necessary)

  • Excellent communication & Presentation skills
