Ninjacart is India's Largest agri marketing platform, solving one of the toughest supply chain problems through technology. We connect vegetables and fruits farmers directly with businesses. At one end, we help farmers get better prices and deal with consistent demand and on another end, we help retailers to source fresh vegetables at competitive prices directly from farmers. We do this effectively at lower cost, better speed and larger scale using integrated supply chain powered by technology, data science, infrastructure and logistics network.
We move one 150 Tonnes of vegetables from farm to 2200+ retailers on daily basis within 12 hours in Bangalore and Chennai. We are 600 people company. We work with 3000+ farmers. We aim to grow to 1000 tonnes of daily volumes in next 18 months.
As an Associate Recruiter, you will help Ninjacart in hiring great talent for Hyderabad Business unit. Bringing right people at the right time, you help Ninjacart grow farmers, customers and volumes faster and achieve our business goals on time.
Own & deliver hiring for the assigned roles/regions
Proactively network and source candidates through a combination of channels including, job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), online groups, forums, communities, Print ads etc
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage. candidate/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
Screen, shortlist and coordinate with applicants to take people from application to offer stage
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes to deliver quality results
Plan and support initiatives including employee referrals, refining career section on our website etc
Work closely with interview teams to create and exceptional candidate interview process and experience
Required Skill-sets / Education
Graduation from Tier I / Tier II college (MBA is preferable)
1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced & high growth environment
Experience in hiring larger volumes across geographies for different departments
Experience closing senior/executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
Strong domain knowledge and negotiation skills
Strong track record of designing creative strategies, solving complex problems and delivering significant impact with a high sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
