As a Territory Sales Manager(TSM), you will be handling a team of BD executives to build our customer (Retailer / Kirana Stores) network across Bangalore. You will play a key role in driving the business forward with growth in volume and customer base. Job Location:  Across Bangalore

About the role

  • Build and manage a team of highly motivated Business Development Executives across Bangalore
  • Responsible for driving daily customer base and volume of produce sold in the platform
  • Build a strong customer pipeline for sustainable growth
  • Regular visit to local markets and customers to identify patterns and customer demands and problems

Requirement

  • Minimum 1.5+ years of field sales experience
  • Kannada speaking must
  • Field sales team handling is big plus
  • Own vehicle is required

Salary

  • Rs.32,500 to Rs.70,000 + Allowances
