Role: Manager - Training
The Manager - Training is responsible for the entire training and on-boarding of Ninjacart delivery
associates. As part of this role, the Training Manager will have to work closely with the Labour Manager to identify
training needs for the delivery associates and operations labourers, and ensure that they are trained, so that they can
work as per the defined process.
End to end ownership of training new delivery associates and operations labourers.
In-house & on-field training
Continuous interaction with labour vendors to ensure that training programs are aligned to the capabilities of the
associates. Improve/ modify the content as and when he/ she notices gaps in training.
Should have experience as a trainer with eCommerce / manufacturing / Retail/ cab-aggregator companies.
3-5 years of experience
Should know Hindi and at least one South Indian language.
Should be willing to work on field too.
