About the team

Ninjacart Services Pvt Ltd, NSPL a wholly owned subsidiary partners with Lending institutions (Banks and NBFCs) to build customised credit products for the agri eco-system. NSPL is a Lead Service Provider (LSP) and intends to obtain its own NBFC license.


 

Responsibilities

Ninjacart as an E2E enabler of the agri ecosystem offers a wide range of financial products by partnering with Banks & NBFCs, that include customised Working capital financing, Supply Chain financing, Warehouse financing, Capex funding and small ticket daily repayment products.

  • Develop a deeper understanding of the product offerings and identify the right set of prospective partners to build a long-term symbiotic relationships. 
  • Onboarding new financial institutions for digital lending partnerships to support business growth across all Business Units
  • Build a wide range of partner network to optimize for Cost & improve Customer experience on an ongoing basis
  • Managing relationships and the onboarding of partners, that includes due-diligence, alignment on MSA, obtain approvals from credit committee  and aligning the lender on product and process flow
  • Reduce cost of capital on an ongoing basis by building innovative structures  and creating access to institutions with large capital base
  • Liaison with the partner to enable required tech integrations of the Loan Origination / Management systems
  • Build and manage the required engagement cadence with every partner to ensure smooth flow of information, adherence to covenants and timely invoice settlements 
  • Own the E2E relationship w r t compliance and audit by clear documentation that calls out the roles of each entities
  • Build the required communication framework that proactively shares a self-assessment report to validate adherence to agreed processes
  • Assisting the CEO/CFO in managing all stakeholders like credit rating agencies, regulators, consultants, lawyers, etc.

  • Master's degree in Finance / MBA / CA
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with knowledge/ awareness of various structures and regulatory requirements
  • Must have a network of BFSI partners to liaise and build relationships
  • Must have a prior experience in managing partners and raising different forms of debt
  • Must be hands on and able to operate independently
  • Have a deeper understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to Digital Lending Guidelines, KYC norms, debt capital markets and treasury management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal/ external stakeholders
  • Willing to travel, short notice and high frequency
