Location: Belgaum, KA


Responsibilities


● Establishing contacts with the market & driving intelligence for supply planning 

● Developing contacts with local Wholesale/market influencers 

● Charting independent demand channels & thereby onboarding customers. 

● Documenting and maintaining process flow for scaling in the near terms 

● Negotiating Credit Days based on the transactional Value 

● Doing EKYC for the vendors in Sourcing Markets 

● Trade Finance for the traders in sourcing markets 

● Onboarding Sourcing Vendors on the Trader App 

● Relationship Management with Nodes and Traders and maximizing Ninjacart’s share of Business

● 3+ years of strong sales experience from FMCG / Consumer durables / Telecom Industry / Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / Agriculture and allied industries 

● Solid understanding of sales/trading fundamentals 

● Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access is desirable 

● Esp Field sales team Proven people manager and team builder with references 

● Good communication & presentations skills, ability to motivate the team to achieve targets, fostering a high level of team growth and contribution
