At Ninjacart, we solve meaningful, hard and real-world problems to makes farmers’ life better at scale and change the way vegetables and fruits (FnV) reach our plate. Sales department in Ninjacart helps grow the business by adding new customers(Retail shops / Kirana shops/Supermarkets). As a sales executive, you will focus on Increasing the customer order count on a daily base.

Responsibilities

  • Pitch about ninjacart to customers and make them join ninjacart platform
  • Ensure correct onboarding of customer
  • Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries
  • Train and support clients to use ninjacart mobile app.
  • Note: Our customers are Stand-alone Vegetable, Fruit stores, Provisional Stores

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of field sales experience
  • Negotiation skills: Should have commendable negotiation skills and the ability to convince the customers.
  • Mandatory: Bike and Tamil language.

We move one 200 Tonnes of vegetables from farm to 2200+ retailers on daily basis within 12 hours in Bangalore and Chennai. We are 700 people company. We work with 3000+ farmers. We aim to grow to 1000 tonnes of daily volumes in next 18 months. We are funded by Accel Partners, Nandan Nilekani, Mistletoe(Japan) & Qualcomm Ventures
