About the Team
The Dealer Financing team is the newest team in the lending ecosystem of Ninjacart. It is quickly growing and is known for its passionate and getting the job done attitude. It is a flat team and each member is driven to excel. Lots of opportunity to learn and have fun as well!
Responsibilities
● Directly manages a team of 10-15 field sales executives (FSEs) across 4-5 cities in the
zone.
● Eachcity may have 50-75 vendors and 2-3 executives.
● Conduct thorough research of market and develop database of vendors and hand-hold
the FSEs;
● Develop strategy for geography assigned in consultation with Business Head
● Develop forecasts for all categories based on trends. Perform initial vendor assessment
through market intelligence and help FSE develop the network.
● Onboard vendors on to platform with help of FSEs. Explain benefits of platform to
vendors and process
● Regular follow up with all FSEs and vendors to meet transaction and revenue targets.
● Ensure vendor repayments are proper and delinquencies are minimal by proper
follow-up, scrutiny and on field verification.
● Explore new markets and new ideas to grow business Work very closely with Category
Trade Marketing teams in management of schemes/promotions/contests being run to
promote the platform.
● Plan for new platform product launches based on thorough understanding of category
and objectives for the products to be launched.

● Education– Graduate Must, MBA preferable. 2-4 years of Financial services industry only.
● Goodunderstanding of MS Excel is a must
● Local language skills must
● Travelling would be essential part of this job and candidate is expected to travel to each
market assigned to him at least once a week (max 5 markets would be assigned)
