Responsibilities:
Own the entire product life cycle for retailer-focused products in the Ninja Kirana POD, from inception, strategic planning, and delivery to live launch, post-launch tracking, and ongoing product management & enhancement
Conceptualize new business initiatives by working with business stakeholders, creating significant business impact through effective planning, business analysis, operational data metrics, and driving execution with tech teams.
Strong understanding of the retailer and wholesaler marketplace dynamics, payments, backend products, and operational processes is essential.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team and business owners to identify problem statements unique to the retailer-wholesaler ecosystem, define the business goals and metrics, and develop solutions that fit their requirements.
Creating product specifications documents and conducting product specification reviews with key stakeholders to ensure the products address real-world challenges
Work closely with cross-functional teams to create synergies that lead to high-quality products, capable of driving efficiency, convenience, and financial growth for retailers.
Regularly analyze product metrics and operational data specific to the retailer space, using the insights to drive product innovations and continuous improvements that align with market needs.
Ensure timely delivery of retailer-specific projects through robust planning, scheduling, and execution, keeping a keen focus on the fast-paced and evolving dynamics of the ecosystem.

MBA / Engineering from Tier 1 institutes
3 to 6 years of experience in product management post MBA / Engineering
High problem solving and customer-centric mindset

Strong passion for data-driven decision making i.e. extremely high focus on analytics
