 About Ninjacart

 Ninjacart is India's Largest agri marketing platform, solving one of the toughest supply chain problems through technology. We connect vegetables and fruits farmers directly with businesses. At one end, we help farmers get better prices and deal with consistent demand and on another end, we help retailers to source fresh vegetables at competitive prices directly from farmers. We do this effectively at lower cost, better speed and larger scale using integrated supply chain powered by technology, data science, infrastructure and logistics network.

 We move one 120 tons of vegetables from farm to 1800+ retailers on daily basis within 12 hours in Bangalore and Chennai. We are 450 people company. We are also the fastest growing startup in India currently with revenue growth to 70 Cr in two years. We work with 3000+ farmers and 1500 retailers. We aim to grow to 1000 tons of daily volumes and expand to more cities.

 Process all payment invoices in a timely manner.
 Sharp focus on identifying invoice errors, data gaps during payment processing.
 Co-ordinate with stakeholders for processing, query resolution and closure of payments.
 Ensure timely payments are processed.
 Escalate to correct point of contact in timely manner.
 Maintain track of invoices with stakeholders.
 Follow SOPs and execute.
 Work on payment reconciliation tasks.
 Audit payments data.
 Prepare reports as per business requirements.
 Contribute in process development.

 This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of payments that impacts customer experience, shipper experience and operator experience; works closely with payments manager and stakeholders for ensuring timely processing of invoices. It requires an individual to showcase sense of urgency and decision making skills to balance customer experience with financial impact.

 The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys and excels at dealing with end to end payment mechanism and to re-define payment processes. He / She will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create and sustain urgency, and a proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders including senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders.

 Basic Qualifications

 Completed Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Masters in Commerce or similar field from an accredited university.
 5+ years relevant work experience in a top tier company driving payments, how to organize, find solutions and follow through to a successful conclusion.
 Atleast 4+ years experience in MS office including excel and word.
 Highly proficient in written and oral communications; able to produce concise, relevant document to business managers and leaders.


 Analytical and be able to justify decisions and approaches with data
 Able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity
 Able to take a complex problem and break it down to smaller digestible chunks
 Able to define a logical and step by step approach to achieving a lofty goal
 Comfortable with processes and process design/analysis
 Have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts
 Able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.
 Mature and able to function independently with limited guidance
