Ninjacart is India's Largest agri marketing platform, solving one of the toughest supply chain problems through technology. We connect vegetables and fruits farmers directly with businesses. At one end, we help farmers get better prices and deal with consistent demand and on another end, we help retailers to source fresh vegetables at competitive prices directly from farmers. We do this effectively at lower cost, better speed and larger scale using integrated supply chain powered by technology, data science, infrastructure and logistics network.
We move one 150 Tonnes of vegetables from farm to 2200+ retailers on daily basis within 12 hours in Bangalore and Chennai. We are 600 people company. We work with 3000+ farmers. We aim to grow to 1000 tonnes of daily volumes in next 18 months.

About NinjaFresh (Ninjacart’s B2C Initiative)
Ninjafresh will be a network of retail stores where we will leverage the backend supply chain of Ninjacart's B2B business i.e. sourcing goods directly from the farmers. We aim to revolutionize how traditional retailers source and operate their stores. We will deploy our infrastructure, technology and branding to help our partner stores improve their revenue numbers and get better visibility around their existing customer base. The eventual goal will be to harness this network and reach out to new customers through an omnichannel offering.
a) Envision, develop and drive a strong marketing strategy for Ninjacart's B2C initiative. (NinjaFresh)
b) Develop the overall brand story, marketing & communications strategy to drive brand building
c) Drive execution of marketing strategy to achieve business goals and build product awareness
d) Develop, launch and track high-impact integrated campaigns across digital, offline, above the line and below the line channels
e) Implement the go to market strategy for new product/store launches
f) Use data to measure and drive decision making on marketing performance and return on investments
g) Oversee and manage the marketing budget
h) Hire, build and scale the marketing team
i) MBA from Tier-I & Tier II colleges
ii) 3 to 6 years of experience in the marketing domain.
iii) Managed a team of at least 4 members on the ground execution end.
iv) Previous experience of offline marketing, on-ground execution, an experience of BTL/ATL.
v) Experience in managing multi-crore marketing budget.
vi) First principles person. Exceptional problem-solving skills
vii) Proven experience in a marketing and brand management role in a leading FMCG / Consumer durables / Retail organization
viii) The strategic and analytical mindset with a proven track record of leading and driving a major brand strategy
ix) Advanced data analytics skills combined with excellent written and verbal communications
x) Strong brand marketing knowledge coupled with commercial experience leading concept through to commercialization of new product/brand development
xi) The ability to build and drive effective collaborative relationships and effectively operate and deliver in a high performing environment
xii) Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables
xiii) Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget
xiv) Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
